Killer Brownies ingredients:

1	box	chocolate cake mix
40	Piece	Caramel Squares
1/2	cup	Evaporated Milk (see below)
1	cup	chocolate chips
1/3	cup	Evaporated Milk (see below)
1/2	cup	Softened Margarine/Butter

Killer Brownies preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 325 F Combine Cake Mix, Margarine, and 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk in a bowl Beat until smooth Spread 3/4 of cake batter in a greased 9x12 cake pan Bake in oven for 15 minutes Melt caramels in double boiler or microwave with 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk Immediately add chocolate chips to Baked Base Drizzle Caramel over Baked Base Randomly toss remaining cake batter in pan (clumps) Bake for 20-25 minutes.
