Key Lime Cake--Florida ingredients:

		-Janice E. Maguire Cake
1 1/2	cup	Sugar
2	cup	flour
1/2	tsp.	Salt
1	tsp.	baking powder
1/2	tsp.	Baking soda
1		3 oz Pkg Lime gelatin
5		Eggs
1 1/4	cup	Cooking oil
3/4	cup	Orange juice
1/2	tsp.	vanilla
1	tsp.	lemon extract
		GLAZE:
3	tbsp.	Key lime juice
5	tbsp.	powdered sugar.
		Whipped cream lime slices for garnish

Key Lime Cake--Florida preparation:

1. Cake: Mix all dry ingredients.

2. Add liquids and blend well.

3. Cook cake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 25-30 mins.

4. Cool for 15 min. Prick holes all over cake with fork.

5. Glaze: Mix lime juice and powdered sugar.

6. Drizzle over cake.
