Key Largo Cake ingredients:

2 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Sifted cocoa
powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Each granulated
And packed brown
Sugar
1/2 cup -Shortening
1/4 cup butter
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. instant coffee
Granules
1/4 cup Each hot water
And whiskey
1 cup Milk
Mocha Butter Icing:
3/4 cup softened butter
3 1/2 cup Sifted icing
Sugar
1/2 cup Sifted cocoa
powder
1 tbsp. instant coffee
Granules
2 tbsp. Each hot water
And whiskey
1 pinch Salt

Key Largo Cake preparation:

1. * any tropical flavored liqueur Remove 1 Tbls of jello powder and set aside.
2. Mix sugar, jello powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. Add oil, eggs, and liqueur.
4. Beat 3-4 minutes.
5. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350øF for 25 - 30 minutes.
6. Cool and poke holes in cake.
7. Mix powdered sugar and liqueur.
8. Pour evenly over cake.
9. Refrigerate.
10. Cover with Whipped topping.
11. Garnish with a can of mixed tropical fruit, well drained.
