Jujube Cake ingredients:

3	oz.	Unsweetened chocolate
		Squares
1/2	cup	butter Or margarine
		Softened
2 1/4	cup	brown sugar, firmly packed
3		Eggs
1 1/2	tsp.	vanilla extract
2 1/4	cup	cake flour, sifted
2	tsp.	Baking soda
1/2	tsp.	Salt
8	oz.	Commercial sour cream
1	cup	Boiling water
		Whipped cream filling

Jujube Cake preparation:

1. Knead the jujube with the glutinous rice flour, add Ginseng.

2. Make dough into any form of large biscuit, place in biscuit molds.

3. Steam cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Cakes should be very soft but keep their shape.
