Jewelled Fruitcake ingredients:

2 1/2	cup	Unsifted flour
1	tsp.	Baking soda
2		Eggs
1		Jar mincemeat; none such ready to use
14	oz.	Sweetened condensed milk
8	oz.	Green candied cherries
		-halved, 1 cup
8	oz.	Red candied cherries
		-halved, 1 cup
6	oz.	apricots, dried, chopped
6	oz.	Candied pineapple, chopped
1 1/2	cup	pecans, chopped

Jewelled Fruitcake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 300. Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and baking soda.

2. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Blend in dry ingredients.

4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

5. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool -----.
