Jell-O Fruit Cake ingredients:

		batter:
3	tbsp.	Oil
1		Beaten eggs
	pn	Salt
1/2	cup	Milk
3/4	cup	Sugar
1 1/2	cup	flour
2	tsp.	baking powder
1/2	tsp.	vanilla
		FRUIT LAYER:
4	cup	Fresh fruit, sliced
1	pk	(3 oz) jell-o
2	tbsp.	Sugar (if using rhubarb)
		TOPPING
1/4	cup	flour
1/2	cup	Sugar
1	tsp.	Cinnamon
3	tbsp.	butter

Jell-O Fruit Cake preparation:

1. 1. Combine batter ingredients.

2. Place in a greased 10x12 pan. 2. Combine fruit layer ingredients and spread evenly over batter.

3. 3. Crumble together topping ingredients and sprinkle over fruit layer.

4. 4. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
