Jan's German Apple Cake recipe

Jan's German Apple Cake ingredients:

1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup Oat bran
3/4 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Allspice
2 Eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Granny smith apples; chop
1/2 cup Golden Raisins

Jan's German Apple Cake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray loaf pan with Pam or other veg. spray.
2. In one small bowl; beat together eggs, veg. oil and vanilla.
3. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well.
5. Fold in chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins.
6. Spoon into loaf pan until half full.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 mins.
8. Check center with toothpick to see if done.
9. Remove and cool on wire rack.
10.   One of my dearest friends gave me this recipe.
