Italian Love Cake ingredients:

1 1/2	cup	flour
1	cup	Sugar
3	tbsp.	Cocoa
1/2	tsp.	Salt
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1	tbsp.	Vinegar
6	tbsp.	Oil
1	tsp.	vanilla
1	cup	Cold water

Italian Love Cake preparation:

1. Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. In separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well.

2. Spoon over top of unbaked cake.

3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

4. Cool. Whip cream.

5. Mix pudding with milk.

6. Fold in whipped cream.

7. Spread over cake.

8. Refrigerate.
