Italian cream cake 2 2 recipe

Italian cream cake 2 2 ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar.
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
-melted
2 cup Whipped topping, thawed
1 Premade deep dish pie crust *
1/2 cup Caramel topping
1/2 cup Toasted pecan halves

Italian cream cake 2 2 preparation:

1. Cream together sugar and butter.
2. Add yolks, vanilla & lemon juice, mix well.
3. Add buttermilk, flour, soda & salt, mix well.
4. Add coconut and pecans.
5. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into mixture.
6. Bake in 9x13" pan, at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
7. Frosting: mix all ingredients and beat well.
