Irish Potato Cake ingredients:

2	cup	flour, all-purpose
1/2	cup	Sugar, granulated
1/3	cup	Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1	tbsp.	baking powder
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1/2	cup	butter or margarine, cold
1	cup	buttermilk OR plain low-fat yogurt
2	tsp.	Sugar

Irish Potato Cake preparation:

1. Cream butter and sugar.

2. Add beaten egg yolks, pecans, chocolate, and spices.

3. Add potatoes and flour.

4. Then add milk and beaten egg whites, vanilla, raisins and baking powder.

5. Bake in a bundt pan. Bake in 325~F oven for nearly an hour.
