Irish Farmhouse Loaf ingredients:

1	can	cherry pie filling
20	oz.	Cn pineapple;crushed, not Drained
1		Box white or yellow cake mix
1	cup	coconut
1	cup	Walnuts, chopped
1	cup	butter, melted

Irish Farmhouse Loaf preparation:

1. Servings: 8 Mix the flour, sugar, fruit, lemon rind, butter, baking powder and soda.

2. Add the beaten egg and the buttermilk to make a nice soft dough; beat well and pour into a greased 2-pound loaf pan. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour, or until it tests done with a skewer.
