1/2	cup	Instant coffee granules
1/2	cup	Sugar
2	tbsp.	Cocoa
1	cup	Nonfat dry milk powder

Instant coffee-swiss style mocha mix preparation:

1. Combine all and mix well.

2. Store mix in an airtight container.

3. For each serving: place 1 tbsp.

4. + 1 tsp. of mix into a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well.
