Ice Box Cake ingredients:

2	Pkg.	Lemon gelatin
1	can	Pineapple
1	cup	Whipping cream
		sugar for the cream
1	box	vanilla wafers

Ice Box Cake preparation:

1. Drain pineapple juice and add to liquid for gelatin and prepare according to package directions.

2. Let set to a syrup.

3. Remove from refrigerator and whip.

4. Beat cream separately.

5. Add sugar to taste.

6. Mix whipped cream into gelatin.

7. Add well-drained pineapple.

8. Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs.

9. Place half of crumbs in bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Cover with gelatin mixture.

10. Place remaining cookie crumbs on top and place in refrigerator to set.
