Harvest Spice Tea Cake recipe

Harvest Spice Tea Cake ingredients:

1/2	cup	water
2		Harvest Spice tea bags
3		Eggs
3/4	cup	Sugar
1	tsp.	vanilla
1 1/4	cup	flour
1 1/2	tsp.	baking powder
1/2	tsp.	Salt
	pn	nutmeg for garnish
		butter for greasing the pan and for garnish
		Harvest Spice Whipped Cream

Harvest Spice Tea Cake preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add the tea bags, and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

4. Add the tea, carefully squeezing excess liquid from tea bags before discarding the bags.

5. Blend the batter well.

6. Pour into a 8x8x2-inch greased baking dish.

7. Bake for 25 minutes.

8. Serve warm, buttered and sprinkled with nutmeg.

9. Top with dollops of Harvest Spice whipped cream.
