Gingerbread cupcakes recipe

Gingerbread cupcakes ingredients:

2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
2 each Egg whites, slightly beaten
2/3 cup molasses
2/3 cup water
6 tbsp. Cooking oil
SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR

Gingerbread cupcakes preparation:

1. Line 16 2 ½ inch muffin cups with paper bake cups; set aside.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, soda, an d salt.
3. in a small mixing bowl, stir together the egg white, molasses, water, and o il. Stir molasses mixture into flour mixture just till blended.
4. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
5. bake in a 350* oven for 15-20 minutes or till cupcakes spring back when pre ssed lightly in center.
6. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
7. Serve war m or cool.
