German fruit pancake-mix ingredients:

1	cup	Bake it all mix
1	cup	Milk
5		Eggs
		Salt
1/2	cup	Jelly -- jam* (½ to ¾)

German fruit pancake-mix preparation:

1. *or sweetened fruit.

2. Combine mix and milk in a bowl.

3. Blend thoroughly.

4. Add one egg at a time and beat with a rotary or electric beater after each addition.

5. Pour into a hot 10-inch skillet, bottom rubbed with shortening.

6. Cook over low heat until slightly set on bottom and sides, then place in 425°F.

7. oven 20 minutes.

8. To serve, sprinkle lightly with salt and spread pancake with jelly or sweetened fruit.

9. Cut into wedges.

10. Serve hot. Yield: one 10-inch pancake, 5 to 6 servings.
