German Festive Cake ingredients:

1 pk Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 cup Almonds; chopped
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1 tsp. Almond extract
2 cup Bananas; firm; chopped
8 oz. Crushed pineapple, drained

German Festive Cake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350~.
2. Grease 10 tube pan. Combine cake mix, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl.
3. Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond extract, bananas and pineapple.
4. Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon; do not beat.
5. Pour into pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until tested done.
6. If desired, top cake with confectioners'sugar.
