Fruit Cocktail Cake ingredients:

Sponge cake
6 Eggs, separated
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Rum Syrup
2 cup water
1 cup Sugar
4 oz. white rum (4-5 ounces)
Cream filling
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp. Cornstarch
Salt
2 Eggs
1 qt Milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. vanilla
1 oz. Unsweetened chocolate

Fruit Cocktail Cake preparation:

1. Mixall ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix by hand.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 40 minutes.
