Frozen Fruitcake Salad ingredients:

200	g	Liquid honey
200	g	Sugar
500	g	Wholemeal flour
20	g	butter
1	dl	Milk
1		Eggs
15	g	baking powder
10	g	Ground cloves
10	g	Nutmeg
10	g	Cardamon
1	pn	Cinnamon
		Icing for decoration

Frozen Fruitcake Salad preparation:

1. Mix all together well, turn into a mold and freeze.

2. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

3. Everyone loves this.

4. It's good for dessert too. It's especially pretty at Christmas because of the red and green cherries but we like it for Thanksgiving too.
