Friendship Orange Cupcakes ingredients:

1/2	cup	butter
3/4	cup	Sugar
2		Eggs; beat
1/2	cup	Friendship starter
1	cup	Milk
1/2	tsp.	vanilla
2	cup	flour, all-purpose
1/2	tsp.	baking powder
1/2	tsp.	Baking soda
1/4	tsp.	Salt
		Grated peel of 1 orange
1	cup	Raisins
1	cup	Pecans; finely chop

Friendship Orange Cupcakes preparation:

1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, starter, milk and vanilla.

2. mix well.

3. add dry ingreidents and mix well.

4. fold in grated orange peel, raisins and pecans.

5. fill well greased and floured muffin tins 2/3 full.

6. bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until done.

7. remove from pans and dip in topping.

8. makes 12-14 servings.

9. * Topping: Juice of 1 orange 1/2 cup sugar combine oj and sugar.

10. Heat until sugar has dissolved Pat Dwigans -----.
