Friendship Applesauce Cake recipe

Friendship Applesauce Cake ingredients:

1	cup	Friendship starter
1/4	cup	Dry milk powder
1	cup	flour
1	cup	applesauce, unsweetened
		-part 2
1/2		Cup sugar
1/2		Cup brown sugar
1/2		Cup butter
		-part 3
1/2		Tsp salt
1		Tsp cinnamon
1/2		Tsp nutmeg
1/2		Tsp allspice
1/2		Tsp cloves
2		Tsp baking soda

Friendship Applesauce Cake preparation:

1. Part 1--mix these and let set in covered bowl in a warm place then: Cream together part 2-- now add 1 egg beaten well, and then mix in Part 3. You can also add half a cup of chopped nuts and/or raisins, if desired.

2. Combine all ingredients and beat by hand.

3. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.

4. Test for doneness and allow to cool in the pan NOTE: REALLY GOOD and needs no frosting.
