Fried Pork and Rice Cakes recipe

Fried Pork and Rice Cakes ingredients:

1/2 lb Ground pork
2 cup Rice
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Lime zest
1 tbsp. green peppercorn
1 lemon grass heart
2 garlic
1 Eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 cup Unseasoned Dry Bread Crumbs

Fried Pork and Rice Cakes preparation:

1. Combine pork, rice, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, green peppercorns, lemon grass, garlic, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar and bread crumbs.
2. Form small cakes each consisting of 3-4 tablespoons of mixture.
3. Heat one tablespoon of oil at a time in a nonstick fry pan. Saute pork and rice cakes until brown on both sides.
4. Serve immediately or prepare them in advance and reheat in 350° oven.
5. Serve with Thai Mango Relish.
