Fried Pork and Rice Cakes preparation: 1. Combine pork, rice, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, green peppercorns, lemon grass, garlic, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar and bread crumbs. 2. Form small cakes each consisting of 3-4 tablespoons of mixture. 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil at a time in a nonstick fry pan. Saute pork and rice cakes until brown on both sides. 4.
