Fresh Apple Cake 2 2 ingredients:

4	cup	Apples; peel, slice
2	cup	Sugar
2	cup	All-purpose flour
1 1/2	tsp.	Baking soda
2	tsp.	Cinnamon
1	tsp.	Salt
2		Eggs
3/4	cup	Oil
2	tsp.	vanilla
1	cup	pecans, chopped
		Or walnuts

Fresh Apple Cake 2 2 preparation:

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Stir together apples and sugar.

3. Add dry ingredients, stir well.

4. In separate bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla.

5. Stir into apple mixture until thoroughly moistened.

6. Stir in pecans or walnuts.

7. Pour into 13X9X2 pan. Bake 50 minutes to an hour, or until cake springs bake.
