Feathery fudge cake with hungarian frosting recipe

Feathery fudge cake with hungarian frosting ingredients:

1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. Maple flavoring
1/2 cup Nuts, Ground
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup powdered sugar.
3 tbsp. Milk

Feathery fudge cake with hungarian frosting preparation:

1. Sift together flour, soda and salt.
2. Cream butter or margarine in large bowl of electric mixer.
3. Gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Blend in melted chocolate.
6. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with ice water.
7. Add vanilla.
8. Pour batter into two 9 inch layer cake pans that have been greased and floured.
9. Bake in a 350 °F. Oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
10. Frost with hungarian frosting (below).
11. Hungarian frosting: combine chocolate, sugar and water in small bowl of electric mixer; blend well.
12. Add egg and beat well.
13. Add butter or margarine, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth.
14. This cake and frosting will freeze.
