Favorite cheesecake squares ingredients:

--- ------THE ART OF FILO COOKBOOK-----------------
Square or Rectangular Pan (see shapes)
1/2 lb Filo
Unsalted butter, melted
-for brushing filo
-----FILLING-----
1 small Can Mandarin Oranges
8 oz. Cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs yolks
1 tsp. Grated fresh orange peel (or lemon)
1 tsp. vanilla
-----SYRUP TOPPING-----
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. Orange blossom water

Favorite cheesecake squares preparation:

1. Note:you can use any type of milk chocolate candies in place of the m&ms beat margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add flour and walnuts, mix well.
3. Reserve ½ cup crumb mixture; press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of 8-inch square pan. bake at 350 °F. 10 minutes combine cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
4. Add egg, mix well.
5. Layer ½ cup candy over crust; top with cream cheese mixture.
6. Combine remaining candy, chopped, and reserved crumb mixture; mix well.
7. Sprinkle crumb mixture over cream cheese mixture.
8. Bake at 350 degrees , 20 minutes.
9. Cool and cut in to 16 equal squares.
