Fairfax chocolate icing ingredients:

		2 ea Chocolate, bitter squares
3	tbsp.	butter
		6 ea Marshmallows
1	tbsp.	vanilla
		2 ea Chocolate, semi-sweet square
6	tbsp.	water
1/2	cup	Confectioners' sugar

Fairfax chocolate icing preparation:

1. Mix chocolate, sugar and water together.

2. Cook about 5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, butter and vanilla.

4. Beat until thick enough to spread.
