Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake recipe

Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake ingredients:

Pie
1/2 gal Sugar-free, fat free vanilla frozen dairy dessert
6 oz. Can frozen orange juice
Concentrate; thawed
1/2 small Tub of sugar-free lemonade crystals
2 each Graham cracker pie crusts - you can use store bought type....OR graham cracker crust
2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Sugar OR 6 pkg. sweetner
6 tbsp. Tub margarine, melted
2 1/2 tbsp. water

Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake preparation:

1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. In small mixer bowl, breat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
3. Add eggs and banilla; beat well.
4. Stir in small chocolate chips; pour batter into crust.
5. Bake 10 minutes; without opening door, reduce temperature to 250F.
6. Continue baking 20 to 25 minutes or just until set. Cool completely.
7. Cover; refrigerate several hours.
8. Spread chocolate Topping over top. Refrigerate several minutes or just until set. Cut into wedges; serve cold.
9. YIELD: 6 servings chocolate TOPPING: In small microwave safe bowl, place small chocolate chips and whipping cream.
10. Microwave at HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or just until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
11. Cool slightly.
