Date beer cake ingredients:

1	cup	butter Or margarine
2	cup	Brown sugar (packed)
2		Eggs
2 1/2	cup	flour
2	tsp.	Cinnamon
2	tsp.	Allspice
2	tsp.	Baking soda
1/2	tsp.	Cloves, ground
2	cup	Beer
2	cup	Dates, coarsely chopped
1/2	cup	flour
1	cup	Pecans, quartered

Date beer cake preparation:

1. Beat first 9 ingredients well with electric mixer.

2. Mix dates with ½ cup flour.

3. Stir dates and pecans into batter.

4. Cool. Serve with whipped cream orfrost top with cream cheese frosting.
