Danish Pancakes 2 ingredients:

1 can cherry pie filling
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple -- not drained
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 cup fresh coconut -- or packaged
1 cup macadamia nuts -- chopped
1 cup butter -- melted

Danish Pancakes 2 preparation:

1. Traditionally a dessert, these delicious filled pancakes may also be served at brunch.
2. Combine biscuit mix, egg, beer, and milk, stirring just until blended.
3. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
4. Using about 1 TBS batter per pancake, cook on a very lightly greased griddle or skillet until lightly browned, turning once.
5. Spread with jam and roll up. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
6. Serve warm.
7. Makes 20 small pancakes, about 4-6 servings.
