Chocolate Banana Snack Cake2 recipe

Chocolate Banana Snack Cake2 ingredients:

1 2/3	cup	flour
1	cup	Sugar, brown, light
1/4	cup	Cocoa
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1/4	tsp.	Salt
1/2	cup	water
1/3	cup	Oil
1	tsp.	Vinegar
3/4	cup	vanilla extract
1/2	cup	chocolate chips, semi-sweet
1/2	cup	Banana; 1 med ripe

Chocolate Banana Snack Cake2 preparation:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease and flour a square pan, 8 x8 x2. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

3. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

4. Stir in mashed ripe banana; beat until smooth.

5. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.

7. Cut into squares.
