4		Eggs
3	oz.	lemon gelatin powder
3/4	cup	Milk
1/2	tsp.	lemon extract
2	tbsp.	Lemon Zest

1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

2. Beat in cream of tartar and vanilla.

4. Sift together remianed sugar, flour and cocoa.
