Chiffon Cake 3 recipe

Chiffon Cake 3 ingredients:

2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Oil
7 eggs -- separated
3/4 cup Cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar

Chiffon Cake 3 preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Prepare tube pan. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, set aside.
3. Combine flour, sugar, powder, and salt.
4. Make a well and add yolks, oil, water a nd vanilla.
5. Beat 2 minutes medium speed.
6. Fold in egg whites.
7. Pour into pan, bake 55 minutes.
8. Increase temperature to 350 and bake 10 minutes more.
9. Invert pan and cool completely.
10. Frosting follows.
