Caramel Apple Cheesecake2 recipe

Caramel Apple Cheesecake2 ingredients:

1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk vanilla instant pudding
-small
4 oz. German sweet chocolate
-melted
4 large Eggs
1 1/4 cup buttermilk; *
1/4 cup Crisco oil
FILLING & FROSTING
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs yolks; beat slightly
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1 1/3 cup angel-flake coconut

Caramel Apple Cheesecake2 preparation:

1. Preheat oven of 350 F. Combine graham cracker crumgs.
2. 1/4 cup sugar and butter, press onto sides and bottom of a 9 springform pan. Unwrap caramels; place in a 2-qt heavy saucepan.
3. Add evaporated milk.
4. Melt caramels over low heat, stirring until smooth.
5. reserve 1/2 cup melted caramel mixture.
6. Pour remaining caramel mixture over crust in pan. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over caramel in crust.
7. Beat cream cheee and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
8. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
9. Toss together 1 cup chopped apple, flour and cinnamon, fold into cream cheese mixutre.
10. Spoon cream cheese mixture over caramel crust.
11. Bake 40 minutes.
12. Combine reserved caramel and remaining 1/2 cup chopped apples.
13. Spread over cheesecake, sprinkle with remaining pecans.
14. Continue baking 15 minutes.
15. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill before serving.
16. Refrigerate unused portion.
17. Makes 12 servings!!!.
