Cappuccino Cheesecake recipe

Cappuccino Cheesecake ingredients:

---BASE---
1 1/2 cup Finely chopped nuts
2 tsp. Sugar
3 tsp. margarine, melted
---BODY---
4 pk soft cream cheese -- (8 ounce)
1 cup Sugar
3 tsp. flour
4 each Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Cold water
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

Cappuccino Cheesecake preparation:

1. BASE: Combine nuts, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325, 10 minutes.
2. BODY: Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Blend in sour cream.
5. Bring water to boil.
6. Add coffee granules and cinnamon; stir until dissolved.
7. Cool; gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended.
8. Pour over crust.
9. Bake at 450, 10 minutes.
10. Reduce oven temperature to 250; continue baking 1 hour.
11. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
12. Garnish with whipped cream and whole coffee beans, if desired.
