Black Russian Cake recipe

Black Russian Cake ingredients:

2 1/2 cup Unsifted flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 Eggs
1 Jar mincemeat; none such ready to use
14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Green candied cherries
-halved, 1 cup
8 oz. Red candied cherries
-halved, 1 cup
6 oz. apricots, dried, chopped
6 oz. Candied pineapple, chopped
1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Black Russian Cake preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients, blend for 1 minutes with mixer at low speed; beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
2. Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. Cool at least 10 in pan; turn out to cool.
4. Ice with the milk chocolate frosting.
5. Frosting: Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl, beat 1 minute at low speed, beat for 1 minute at high speed.
6. Stir in a few more drops of water until mixture reaches desired spreading consistency.
