Black Russian Bundt Cake recipe

Black Russian Bundt Cake ingredients:

3 cup tofu (silken soft is best)
1/3 cup FRESH lemon juice (this is Crucial)
1/4 cup Oil + 1/4 c. margarine :melted and cooled
1 (or 1 1/4) c. sugar
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 vanilla
1/4 cup Water or soymilk, IF Necessary

Black Russian Bundt Cake preparation:

1. CAKE: In large mixer bowl, combine cake ingredients.
2. Mix at low speed about 1 minute; beat at medium speed 4 minutes.
3. Pour into greased and floured 10 bundt pan. Bake in 350-degree oven until tests done with toothpick (60-70 minutes).
4. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; invert onto rack or plate.
5. Poke holes in cake with tines of fork; slowly pour glaze over.
6. Cool completely; dust with powdered sugar.
7. GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar and liqueur; blend until smooth.
