Birds Nest Cake ingredients:

3	cup	flour
1	tsp.	Soda
2	cup	Sugar
1	tsp.	Cinnamon
1/2	tsp.	Salt
1 1/4	cup	Cooking oil
1	tsp.	vanilla extract
1	cup	crushed pineapple
3		eggs, lightly beaten
1/4	cup	Apple sauce
2	cup	Bananas, thinly sliced
1	cup	Nuts; chopped (opt)

Birds Nest Cake preparation:

1. Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt into large mixing bowl.

2. Make a well in center.

3. Pour remaining ingredients into well.

4. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

5. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.

6. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm if desired.
