2	pk	Active dry yeast
1/4	cup	Lukewarm milk
1/4	cup	Sugar

1	tsp.	Grated Lemon Rind
		TOPPING
2	lb	Apples
		Peel/core/thinly slice
2 1/2	cup	flour
1	cup	Sugar
1	pk	(2 oz.) vanilla sugar
2		Sticks unsalted butter
		Melted cooled
1	cup	Slivered almonds

Better Than Sex Cake/Yellow Cake Mix preparation:

1. Mix first six ingredients together and beat with electric mixer until smooth.

2. Add next three ingredients.

3. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325~ for 55 minutes.

4. Use toothpick to check for doneness.

5. Let cool; remove from pan. Keep tightly covered for freshness.
