Beral's Berry Coffee Cake recipe

Beral's Berry Coffee Cake ingredients:

1		Eggs
6	tbsp.	butter (can be canola oil)
1/2	cup	Sugar
1/4	cup	Yogurt (can be non-fat)
1/2	cup	Milk (can be skim)
1 3/4	cup	flour
1/4	tsp.	Salt
3/4	tsp.	baking powder
1	cup	Berries (your choice)

Beral's Berry Coffee Cake preparation:

1. Cream butter (or oil) and sugar.

2. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients, reserving baking powder for last.

3. Stir to combine.

4. Add berries and stir briefly.

5. Pour into greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tester comes out clean.

6. Cool and serve.
