Banana Devil's Food Tube Cake ingredients:

1	cup	Raisins
1/2	cup	Bourbon
1	cup	butter Or margarine
		Softened
2 1/4	cup	Sugar
5		Eggs
3 1/4	cup	All-purpose flour
1	tsp.	baking powder
1/2	tsp.	Baking soda
1 1/2	tsp.	Ground nutmeg
1	cup	buttermilk
2	cup	Coarsely chopped pecans

Banana Devil's Food Tube Cake preparation:

1. * peel and mash bananas.

2. Preheat oven to 350^F.

3. Grease 10 inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, pudding, and flour in a large mixing bowl.

4. Add water, eggs, and oil: blend, then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.

5. Stir in bananas.

6. Turn batter into pan. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until tested done.

7. Cool for 1 hour in pan.
