Autumn cheesecake recipe

Autumn cheesecake ingredients:

1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine, melted
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
2 each large eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 cup Thinly slied peeled apples
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup Chopped pecans

Autumn cheesecake preparation:

1. Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 °F. , 10 minutes.
2. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Blend in vanilla, pour over crust.
5. Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon.
6. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans.
7. Bake at 350 °F. , 1 hour and 10 minutes.
8. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
9. Variation: add ½ cup finely chopped pecans with crumbs for crust.
10. Continue as directed.
