Applesauce Spice Cake 2 recipe

Applesauce Spice Cake 2 ingredients:

1	cup	-Shortening
3	cup	Sugar
		6 ea Eggs
2 2/3	cup	All-purpose flour
1/2	tsp.	baking powder
1/4	tsp.	Salt
1/3	cup	Cocoa
1	cup	Milk
1	tsp.	vanilla extract
		Chocolate Frosting (optional
		chocolate frosting:
1	cup	Sugar
1/4	cup	butter Or margarine
1/3	cup	Evaporated milk
1/2	cup	Semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2	tsp.	vanilla extract

Applesauce Spice Cake 2 preparation:

1. Combine 2 1/2 cups water and raisins in a small dutch oven; bring to a boil.

2. B oil until water evaporates or is absorbed by raisins.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Add A pplesauce, eggs, sugar, oil and remaining 1/2 cup water.

5. Stir until well combi ned. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda; gradually add to applesauce mixture with vanilla, stirring after each addition.

6. spoon better into a 10 inch bundt pan coated with cooking spray.

7. bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until wooden p ick inserted in center comes out clean.

8. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

9. Remove from p an and cool on a wire rack.
