Apple Coffee Cake Or Cinnamon Monkey Bread: ingredients:

5 1/2	oz.	imported bittersweet chocolate , -- coarsely chopped
11	tbsp.	unsalted butter, -- cut in large pieces
3	large	Eggs
3	large	Eggs yolks
1/4	cup	Plus 2 tablespoons sugar
5	tbsp.	All-purpose flour
		vanilla ice cream

Apple Coffee Cake Or Cinnamon Monkey Bread: preparation:

1. Upon completeion of dough cycle, divide dough into small balls (just smaller than an egg) and dip into 1/2 C melted butter and then in the sugar mixture (1 C sugar, 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 C finely copped nuts 1/2 cup raisins or craisins).

2. Place in a greased tube or loaf pan, cover with a towel a let rise (draft free) for 30 to 40 mins.

3. Bake in pre-heated 375 deg. oven for 45 mins.
