Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake recipe

Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake ingredients:

1		Eggs
1/2	cup	Sugar
2	tbsp.	Oil
1 1/4	cup	buttermilk
1	tsp.	vanilla
1	cup	Whole-wheat flour
1	cup	All-purpose flour
2	tsp.	baking powder
1		Apple; peel, core, thinly sliced
2	tbsp.	Cinnamon sugar

Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake preparation:

1. Beat together first 5 ingredients until blended.

2. Beat in the next 3 ingredients until blended.

3. Place batter in a lightly oiled 10 springform pan and place apples decoratively on top. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.

4. Bake at 350~ for about 35-40 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center, comes out clean.

5. Allow to cool in pan. When cool, remove from pan and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sifted powdered sugar.

6. Serves 12. -----.
