Almond-Pear Coffee Cake recipe

Almond-Pear Coffee Cake ingredients:

5 lb Lump crab meat
2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Freshly ground white pepper
1 tsp. Diced green chiles
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup tomato concasse
1 tbsp. Tomato paste
1/4 cup Scallions
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Freshly grated parmesan chee
48 slice Sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup parsley

Almond-Pear Coffee Cake preparation:

1. Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan. In medium bowl stir together first 4 ingredients.
2. Stir in mayonnaise and extract until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
3. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat cake mix, milk and eggs just until blended.
4. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes.
5. Spread in prepared pan. Arrange pears in one layer on top of batter; sprinkle with mayonnaise mixture.
6. Bake in 325 degree oven 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Cool slightly in pan. Serve warm.
