Alaska sourdough pancakes recipe

Alaska sourdough pancakes ingredients:

1	cup	Sponge
2	cup	flour
2	cup	Milk
2		Eggs
1	tsp.	Soda
3	tbsp.	Sugar
1	tsp.	Salt
2	tsp.	baking powder

Alaska sourdough pancakes preparation:

1. Put starter in large bowl.

2. Add 2 cups flour and 2 cups milk.

3. Mix well and cover.

4. Leave in warm place overnight.

5. Next morning take out 1 cup starter.

6. Leave room temperature 12 hours.

7. To remaining sponge add 2 eggs, 1 tsp soda, 2 tb surgar, 1 ts salt, 2 tsp baking powder.

8. Mix well.

9. Cook on hot griddle.

10. For smaller mixture take out 2 cups starter and use ½ the ingredients.
