7 Up Cake ingredients:

1 1/2	cup	butter, softened
3	cup	Sugar
5		Eggs
3	cup	flour
2	tbsp.	lemon extract
3/4	cup	7-up
		Confectioners' sugar

7 Up Cake preparation:

1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3. Add flour, lemon extract, and 7UP; mix well.

4. Pour into greased angel food (or bundt) pan. Bake 325F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

5. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
