7 Up Bundt Cake ingredients:

		*CRUST*
1 1/4	cup	Graham Crackers -- Crushed
4	tbsp.	butter
1	tbsp.	Honey
1	tbsp.	flour
		-----FILLING-----
16	oz.	Fresh Soft Chevre
1/3	cup	Sugar
4	large	Eggs
1	tsp.	vanilla
1		Lemon Juice Zest
		*TOPPING*
2	cup	Sour cream
1/2	cup	Sour cream
1	tsp.	vanilla

7 Up Bundt Cake preparation:

1. Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

3. Add flour.

4. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.

5. Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325~.

6. for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before moving from pan. Source: family friend -----.
